Spartans confident for basketball provincials

This weekend will determine whether Kellen Giilck becomes a provincial high school basketball champion or not.
The lone Grade 12 student on the Neelin Spartans varsity boys’ basketball team has been to one championship game before — the junior varsity AAA basketball contest two years ago — but the Spartans lost. He would love for his high school career to end with him on top at the varsity boys’ AAA tournament in Winnipeg, which runs today through Saturday.
