Date: May 10, 2014 (Saturday) Times:
  Doors open at 8:30 am, Coaches meeting at 9:00 am, Opening ceremonies at 9:30 am, play starts at 10: 00 am.

Equipment:

Balls – WHITE Nittaku, therefore no predominantly white shirts or shorts.
Rackets or Paddles – Individuals must supply their own, but they must be black on one side and red on the other, preferably ITTF approved (see ittf logo on rubber).

Cafeteria Services: School Cafeteria will be available for pre-paid orders as well as snacks and drinks.

Accommodations: Baywind Suites (224-3800), The House Next Door (224-0058), Pilot Whales Chalet and B & B (224-1040), Duck Cove Inn or House (235-2658), Les Cabines du Portage (224-2822), Cheticamp Motel (224-2711), Laurie’s Inn (224-2400), Auberge Doucet Inn (224-3438).

A Team: A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 players are listed as A, B, C or X, Y, Z and the 4th as a spare. The 4th player can replace one of the three starters but once inserted into the team match schedule cannot be replaced again. A player cannot be replaced during an individual singles match. You can mix the players for the next team match.

Regional Representation: Based upon registration. The Regional winner will advance to the provincial championship on May 10. NOTE: Regionals must be completed by May 3, 2014. If you do not have a full complement (all six classifications) at your regional, please advise the NSSAF office as soon as possible so we can “fill” from the host region and/or the region with the highest number of schools participating. Please have your #1 and #2 teams determined.

Registration sheets; Registration sheets (also attached) will be distributed to winning schools after each Regional.  The organizer of the Regional must e-mail results to the tournament director/referee of the Provincials, Peter Goosens at the following address Peter Goosens peter.goosens@srsb.ca immediately after the Regional Championship with a copy to Dianne Weston dweston@sportnovascotia.ca.
