The Cheetahs advance to the championship game against the Citadel Phoenix at Huskies Stadium on Sunday at 1 p.m. The Phoenix defeated the Sir John A. Macdonald Flames 28-5 in the other semifinal.
Jonathan Spilman, Nick Driscoll and Ben Smith had TD receptions for the Cheetahs while Darius Saberi and Garrett Windsor added rushing majors and Aidan Druhan-McGinn a touchdown on a fumble return. Ronan O’Brien had six converts and a field goal for the Cheetahs.
Ethan Phinney had a rushing touchdown for the Dragons.
Matt West led the Cheetahs’ defence with 8.5 tackles.
