| Get Ready for National Coaches Week in Ontario 2020! Join the celebrations during National Coaches Week, September 19-27th, 2020. Coaches have a tremendous impact on athletes and communities which is why all of Canada is joining together to say #ThanksCoach! In Ontario, the CAO has several exciting events, programs, and opportunities to thank and celebrate Coaches. This year’s events will all be held virtually to ensure the safety of all our community members. The 2020 events include: Discounted NCCP Courses CAO and Hydro One have partnered to bring a series of safe sport workshops to Ontario coaches. The first will be the NCCP Make Ethical Decisions and NCCP Empower+ workshops which will launch during National Coaches Week this September. Each course is discounted for $10, and registration is now open. About Our Partnership With Hydro One Hydro One is committed to building safe communities. Through our partnership, we are launching Safe Sport 101, a new virtual hub where coaches can gain access to the safety tools and resources they need year-round. Together we are helping to build a culture of safety both physically and emotionally for coaches and athletes across Ontario. Register NOW!
