Update on SHSAA Announces Sportsmanship Winners in Volleyball and Soccer

Congratulations to Shaunavon HIgh School, Coach Riley Zielke, and the boys volleyball team for being awarded the SHSAA / Sask Milk Sportsmanship Award for 4A Boys Volleyball.  The team was recognized for their efforts toward sportsmanship while earning a silver medal at the provincial championship hosted in Biggar.

The team was recognized during a school assembly on January 12, 2017.  Thank you to Sask Milk for their continued support of the SHSAA and the Sportsmanship Award.

Congratulations to Carlton Crusaders Boys Soccer Team for receiving the “Blue Banner” for their excellent display of Sportsmanship at this year’s 3A Boys Provincial Soccer Championship!

School Staff, Division Staff, Students, and Parents attended an assembly at Carlton on January 10 to celebrate with the Boys Soccer Team for their achievement.

Congratulation to Muenster Cougars Girls’ Soccer Team for receiving the “Blue Banner” for their excellent display of Sportsmanship at this year’s 1A Girls Provincial Soccer Championship!

Thank you to the Saskatchewan Milk Marketing Board for their continued support of High School Athletics and the Sportsmanship Program.

The Montmartre Boys Volleyball Team was presented the SHSAA / Sask Milk Sportsmanship Award for their sportsmanship while they competed at the 2A volleyball championship this past November.

A number of parents were in attendance at Montmartre School to contribute to the significance of the presentation on January 18.  Congratulations to the boys volleyball team and thank you to Sask Milk for their support and participation in the sportsmanship program.
