Sportsmanship Award – 5A Boys Volleyball – Regina Riffel

The Sr. Boys Volleyball team from Regina Riffel were presented with the SHSAA/Sask Milk Sportsmanship at a school assembly on June 12.  The team had competed at the SHSAA Provincial Championship hosted in Prince Albert back in November.  Sask Milk provided milk for all of the students attending the assembly honouring the extra curricular achievements of the school teams.

Sportsmanship Award – Girls Basketball – Gladmare

Back to back trips to HOOPLA has yielded a 4th place and 2nd place finish for the girls basketball team from Gladmar.  The team and school can now add a sportsmanship award as the team was honoured during a school assembly on June 13.  Staff, students, and community members congratulated the girls on their achievement.  Following the presentation of the ‘blue banner’, team members distributed milk provided by Sask Milk to celebrate the award.
