Dr. Martin Camire from the University of Ottawa has worked very closely with School Sport Canada over the past number of years. His research has led to the development of coaching resources for school sport coaches and the research continues to provide results to support the benefits of school sport participation.
Dr. Camire’s next project is a pan-Canadian study on school sport participation and mental health. Student athletes in grades 11-12 are encouraged to become part of this valuable project.
